About Us
Conciabocca was born from Rita and the two Giulios to find a meeting point where history and tradition embrace the new food and wine trends, the only prerogative of the city of Rome. After various searches, the choice fell on Rubattino 22, in the Testaccio district, which immediately welcomed everyone with open arms. The strengths are the hospitality, the alternation of menus and the wine list. The restaurant has tried to recreate a warm and intimate environment to make you feel like you are eating at home. The menu proposal follows the seasons, taking up Roman cuisine's classics reworked in a modern key. The choice of wines has been treated in detail by one of the oldest families of "Vinai", with particular attention to the Lazio region and the small wineries.
