The Trattoria Portolano restaurant was born from the desire to express that innate passion for the gastronomy culture of Gallipoli that has always accompanied us, a faithful relationship to the ancient recipes handed down in the kitchens of our homes. In a land of fishermen and farmers, of the sea and olive trees, in Salento, the recipes are masterpieces of taste and simplicity: from the encounter of poor ingredients, the wonderful exaltation of flavours is born.
