About Us
It is a sincere sea story of Gianluca and Gianpaolo Raschi: the hut built by grandfather Guido on the sand in 1946, their mother Tiziana, who falls in love with Flaviano Raschi, a musketeer from Riccione, the charcoal for cooking fish to eat as a family. In 2001, together, they embarked on a new path, transforming that typical and simple Romagna restaurant, where they grew up between the Adriatic seafood cuisine and the bar counter, into a place different from the image of the past, still evident in their memories. From Guido, the respect and love for the sea on the horizon have remained unchanged. Each dish is linked to an emotion or an ethno-flavour that prudently explodes on the palate with every bite.
