Controluce Restaurant is a welcoming osteria in the heart of Trastevere, Rome, in Via della Luce 44. Founded in 2022 by Laura Marasà and Simona Mochi, friends since university, the restaurant was born from their shared passion for cooking and the desire to offer a gastronomic experience that combines tradition and innovation.
