Polpetta was born in Rome, a type of restaurant that perfectly combines tradition and innovation. It is located a few steps from Piazza Trilussa and Ponte Sisto. The intention is to give centrality to the meatball as a dish in all its variations, from meat to fish, passing through desserts, with particular attention also to vegetarian friends.
