L'Estro del Pesce was born in February 2019 to make this new kitchen concept known. Nothing is taken for granted, from appetisers to desserts, as we always look for novelties and culinary tastes. The restaurant has an idea of simple, familiar cuisine, but with attention to detail and obsessive care during plating. For this reason, you will always find traditional gastronomic proposals with a touch of curiosity and "madness" from the chef.
