Molto Ristorante is a new structure with a refined design and attention to detail. Tradition and veiled international influences make Molto an exclusive place to drink, eat and talk. The products are selected in compliance with seasonality and freshness, preferred if organic and at Km 0, such as those from the Bassetti estate. Vegetables accompany the dishes from the garden of Molto, homemade bread and sauces prepared by the kitchen with fresh ingredients. Pasta, at the base of the Italian tradition, is a fundamental ingredient of Molto's cuisine. Every day it is worked by hand to create the best first courses.
