A family history made up of traditions and a love for fish. From the historic restaurant in Formia eleven years ago, Stefano headed towards Rome, first to Piazza Barberini, then to Porta Pia, to bring the sea to the city. Knowing him for the catch that arrives daily from the family fish market on the Pontine coast has made the Chinappi restaurant one of the capital's reference points for "good fish". The fish of the Chinappi restaurant comes from the uncontaminated sea of the southern Lazio coast, directly from the Pescheria family. Stefano buys fish every day from the Formia (LT) auction. The freshness and quality are guaranteed by a typical family passion for the fish product and our sea.
