Back in 1961, Armando Gargioli, thanks to the advice of some of his merchant friends, landed near the Pantheon exactly in Salita de' Crescenzi at n° 31. There he takes over an old restaurant, a bit out of fashion and in an identity crisis and transforms it into a "Bottle Shop with Kitchen", to which he decides to give the name "Armando al Pantheon". Armando is an exceptional cook, and soon the tiny restaurant acquires a certain notoriety. Today Fabrizio is in the kitchen with Claudio. The secrets of the trade and the family recipes continue in safe hands. The welcome is now entrusted to Fabiana, daughter of Claudio, professional sommelier and manager of the cellar that she manages with passion and care, offering the customer a varied choice thanks to a selection of around 400 labels.
