Close to the coast of Marina di Ragusa, after having observed and admired the variety of fish restaurants along the coast, we find Pitamaki, a Japanese sushi restaurant. Fish is always the protagonist this time, too, only plated and served differently than usual. A casual place bordering on the elegant, which invites diners to enjoy a dinner that is different from the normal, trying to taste first-rate sushi, thanks to the superfine quality of the raw material. The fish is caught daily and transported from the Sicilian coasts to the restaurant, supporting an innovative cuisine but, above all, of excellent quality and freshness.
