About Us
                            Founded in 1976 by the head of the family, Benito and his son Gilberto, it is a restaurant born out of a love for food and feeling good together. The environment is welcoming and informal with family management, and the menu is wholly based on fish and seafood with strictly homemade desserts. Located in the historic Borgo district, a few steps from the Vatican. The restaurant offers a selection of mainly French and Irish oysters of the "Fine", "Speciale", and "Super Speciale" varieties, each characterized by different flavour nuances.
