Tuscan by origin and Milanese by adoption, Giacomo Bulleri has created a real empire in the world of catering in over sixty years. Very young, he decided to leave his homeland to work "in the shop" in Turin and, at just over thirty, opened the historic Trattoria da Giacomo in Milan, next to the Camera del Lavoro via Donizetti (it was 1958). A courageous choice that marks the beginning of a success story, driven by a great passion for good food and the classic dishes of the Italian culinary tradition (roasts, boiled meats, risottos) so loved by the numerous Milanese families who used to frequent the restaurant. A point of reference for business lunches and dinners, in over 30 years of total activity, the Trattoria will give the gastronomic imprint to what will later become Giacomo's stylistic code: great attention to detail, high-quality raw materials, conviviality and friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
